  1. Buongiorno colleghi, ho questa classe A arrivata "a spinta". Il motore gira ma non viene alimentata la pompa bassa pressione. Ponticellando 30/87 del relè la pompa gira e l'auto va in moto ma non accelera. Facendo un test sia girando la chiave sia facendo una prova componente tramite diagnosi ho visto che non arriva il segnale di massa al relè per farlo attivare, le correnti ci sono. In diagnosi immobilizer non ho errori e dagli "stati" la chiave viene riconosciuta. In diagnosi motore ho errori di pompa alimentazione (2100 cavo del segnale interrotto), sensore pedale acceleratore (1234 tensione insufficiente), e tutte e 4 le candelette (circuito aperto). Altra cosa strana appena accendo il quadro partono i tergi anteriori sempre. A questo punto penso alla centralina motore fuoriuso ma se avete altri consigli vi ringrazio

    Salve, vorrei acquistarlo pure io, lo avevo trovato sua Amazon america con lo sdoganamento e le spedizioni era intorno ai 2100€, però preferirei trovarlo in Italia
  3. questa è una settimana scema le rogne sono una più bella dell'altra con un numero industriale in questa macchina non accende il dispay , non funzionano i comandi al volante e di tanto in tanto per pochi secondi si accende la spia batteria , la spia con la chiave inglese e la lancetta del contagiri va a zero in centralina devioguida trovo i seguenti codici U2117 comunicazione can-bus display att /mem U2100 comunicazione can-bus alta velocità ho dei dubbi sul devio per il fatto che i comandi al volante sono assenti ho altri dubbi nel quadro strumenti perché toccando la scheda da dietro a volte sembra che si presenta il problema tirate fuori i consigli alla svelta perché appena finisco questa settimana andrò in vacanza (finalmente) delta
  4. salve a tutti. questa mattina mi e' entrata questa car con nessun codice guasto e come difetto uno strappi che andava da 1600 a 2100. ho risolto sotituendo il misuratore massa aria siemmens 5wk97008 :wink:
  5. salve a tutti ... avevo scritto tempo fa ..che i parametri sia mma .. sia press. turbo.. press rail . press. collettore ..erano tutti coerenti con i parametri obbiettivi in diagnosi .. sia durante il diffetto sia quando tutto va bene .. logicamente in situazione di guasto... sono solo limitati ai giri nn andando oltre i 2100 rpm ..per questo nn ho postato i valori ..
  6. riprendo il post. dopo nuve prove .. oltretutto quello già detto e fatto .. per un di più ho smontato serbatoio e pulito filtro pescante ... che nn era sporco più di tanto ..sostituito sensore sul collettore perchè intasato.. e sostituito centralina con una ricodificata e con tutti i parametri originali .. ..anche soft fap e egr.. ma nn ho ancora risolto .. anzi adesso sia con ecu "diciamo nuova" che con la sua .. fa questo scherzo .. metto in moto da fredda ... e subito va bene.. accelera regolare va su di giri bene .. la lascio al minimo per qualche 20/30 secondi ecco che nn va oltre i 2100 giri.. rispengo aspetto il power lach della centralina rimetto in moto tutto regolare lascio al minimo punto e a capo ... se la tengo un po su di giri il diffetto tende a ritardarsi..penso di aver esaurito le prove ..proverò a portarla in opel ..
  7. Scusate, ma il problema non è risolto per niente. Oggi si è rimanifestato come prima, anche se è passato più tempo. Prove fatte: - ritorno verso il serbatotio libero - recupero iniettori quasi nullo tutti e 4 - controllo comando al regolatore di pressione per vedere se la centralina vuol fare abbassare la pressione il comando rimane invariato,ma penso sia dovuto alla presenza del p0191, mentre si manifesta il problema - cablaggio ok Facendolo adesso quando gli pare, non è facile da beccare. Quello che ho notato è che:la spengo mentre la macchina va bene, quando all'avviamento si presenta il problema, già al KEY ON prende l'errore PO191 (non durante l'avvio) a quel punto parte, ma la pressione sale a 2100 bar, non prende l'accelleratore e poi si spegne. Ho notato che se apro, a motore spento e quadro spento, una cannetta sul rail e faccio scaricare la poca pressione residua parte normalmente. Il dubbio è, come si scarica la pressione nel rail? Può la pressione residua nel rail creare il problema? Allo spegnimento vettura vedo con l'oscilloscopio che viene comandato per qualche secondo l'apertura del regolatore sulla pompa. Sarà questo che dovrebbe far scaricare il rail? Potrebbe un problema meccanico crearmi questo problema? Qualcuno conosce la strategia di questa iniezione delphi? p.s. mentre si manifesta il problema sul sensore pressione ho i 5 volts,massa di riferimento e segnale.   8. ciao a tutti, ho una c2 in officina che mi sta facendo impazzire. Ho sostituito la guarnizione della testata per la solita perdita di olio laterale, rettificato valvole e sedi, cambiato cinghie e termostato. Adesso la macchina, soprattutto a motore caldo, ma in modo molto meno evidente lo fa anche a freddo, a 2000 giri spaccati sembra che muri, singhiozza e non sale di giri. Su strada strattona fortemente sempre intorno a quel range. NESSUN DTC in nessuna centralina, ricontrollato fase, controllato pin centralina se ossidati o contaminati da liquido (ha termostato pilotato, sostituito), pulito connettori centralina, provato ad allentare il catalizzatore dal collettore nell'eventualità fosse otturato, fatto reset parametri autoadattativi con 2 diagnosi diverse, ricontrollato gioco valvole, provato a staccare qualsiasi sensore per vedere se cambiava in meglio o peggio la situazione senza alcun risultato. non so più dove sbatter la testa… parametri anomali non ne vedo, ripeto lo fa a 2000 giri spaccati a caldo, a freddo sui 2100 giri. HELP!

Come dal titolo è una Fiat Ulisse 2100 TD del 98 con il motore tipo: P8C praticamente il motore Peugeot,su questa macchina mi succede che è arrivata da me la prima volta che andava a tre e buttava fumo grigio come una pazza, la smonto e trovo un paio di bilancieri valvole rotti e delle lesioni profonde sulla testata, così dopo aver fatto la prova idraulica alla testata che è risultata spaccata,la sostituisco con una revisionata completa di valvole e metto anche i castelletti nuovi. la rimonto ma il motore resta rumoroso e dopo pochi km vanno dinuovo fuori posto i castelletti la rismonto qesta volta cambio per sicurezza castelletti,guide castellettie punterie idrauliche e perfino l'albero a gamme perchè effettivamente c'era un pò di consumo, quindi la parte superiore del motore si può dire che è tutta nuova, rimonto tutto ma al solito il motore resta rumoroso dopo pochi km i castelletti sono di nuovo FUORI. Cosa ne pensate voi? qualcuno può darmi qualche consiglio?

    fatto adattamento con istrumento originale toyota ha una valvola che perde cilindro due il fatto strano e che compensa ? con picchi di accelerata da 490 a 2100 giri cioe prima di farla muorire gli da un accelerata a 2100 giri !!! un po strano anche per il mio amico toyota

Aggiornamento La macchina ha percorso 110km e non ha accusato più nessun problema,tranne un soffio dal tubo che dalla turbina va' all'intercooler,(tubo fessurato,domani verrà sostituito)e un seghettamento dai 1500 ai 2100 giri,risolto cambiando debimetro,i valori tra misurati ed obbiettivi ,variavano di 50/100 in folle a regime di 2000giri.
  12. con precisione e una 2100 cc 2148 un WDD204 modello C 220 CDI perchè ha dichiarato 125 Kw mentre il C200 ha 100 Kw con la stessa sigla motore quindi cerchiamo di mettere i dati il più possibile coerenti
  13. Abbiamo riparato la sua centrale al costo di 970 euro + iva cambiando la scheda madre All'Audi la danno rigenerata a 2100 + iva e nuova a 2440 + iva Problema risolto! Grazie mille a tutti come consueto, ragazzi.

  15. anche rimettendo il file originale non è cambiato nulla, all inizio non mi dava nessun dtc, l altro giorno facendo il giro di prova dopo un po' mi dava il p0299 ma le prestazioni rimanevano invariate, mi accorgevo perché prima della comparsa del guasto per esempio la centralina si aspettava 2100 mb e io realmente ne avevo 1400,poi appena dava il guasto la pressione richiesta dalla centralina era di 1400 perché entrava in recovery
  16. Buonasera a tutti scusate la mia assenza ma purtroppo qualche mese fa ho avuto un abbastanza serio incidente in moto, cmq eccomi un altra volta qui per risolvere in problema a questa auto. La settimana scorsa l ho ripresa in mano... smontato turbompressore e portato a controllare al banco, hanno controllato la geometria variabile e ritarata, rimonto il turbo, niente pressione sovralimentazione già al minimo, facendo la prova con la diagnosi in cui viene azionata la geometria variabile con il motore a 1400 giri, dovrebbe esserci una variazione della pressione di circa 300 millibar, invece niente, nonostante la geometria venga comandata nessuna variazione della pressione, provo la macchina su strada, mi ritrovo che nella situazione in cui la ecu si aspetta 2100 millibar io ho valore reale ne ho 1400,la macchina non ha potenza, e un certo punto compare il guasto p0299(pressione di sovralimentazione troppo bassa) non so più dove sbattere la testa....
  17. Vendo diagnosi originale fiat examiner completo di stazione con montato oscilloscopio e diagnosi actia ermes. Completo di tutti i cavi e cavetti possibili con istruzioni cd di ripristino e vari cd di istallazione. La stazione viene venduta aggiornata al giorno dell'acquisto (possibilità di aggiornamenti futuri) e con diagnosi ermes oltre che su examiner anche su pc per maggiore facilità di utilizzo. Lo strumento è stato riparato un anno fa con sostituzione dell'hard disk e aggiornamento software per passaggio a examiner hd, tutto dimostrato da regolare fattura. Oltre alla stazione vengono forniti i cavi per i veicoli con presa non eobd, se vi servono maggiori informazioni contattemi che vi dico tutti i cavi che ci sono nello specifico. Completo veramente di tutto.Prezzo 2100€
  18. la pressione arriva anche 2100 guardando i valori effettivi a pieno carico,il problema è la massa d aria che non aumenta in modo proporzionale
  19. 2100 mbar sono pochi, almeno 2400 mbar. Ha ragione il turbista. Quei 300 mbar fanno una enorme differenza. Se vuoi la regoli tu. Ma non superare la soglia. Da considerare il motore fermo da tempo in demolizione.
  20. ciao a tutti, mi capita questa macchina spia motore accesa, errore mancate acc cilindro 1. in strada strattona dai 1500 ai 2100 giri, poi va bene. sostituito candele e bobine ma il difetto rimane. ho trovato la catena molto lasca ma non fuori fase, credo che il problema possa dipendere a una fase non corretta. che ne dite? dimenticavo da fredda e da calda il minimo è perfetto a 4

  22. Sullo spinotto egr al pin 1 trovi alimentazione sensori 5v.al pin2 comando motore al pin 3massa potenziometro.pin4n.c. pin5 segnale potenziometro.pin6comando motore. La resistenza avvolgimemto motore pin2e6 6,9 ohm Resistenza potenziometro pin1e5. 175, 5 ohm.resistenza potenziometro pin3e5 2100 ohm
  23. salve colleghi, ho in officina un ulysse 2100 td tipo motore p8c cil.2088 80kw km 142000.che non accede spia candelette e il motore non parte subito.Se insisto e faccio partire il motore, facendolo girare un minuto e poi spengo il motore e rimetto chiave su marcia, la spia candelette fa la sua funzione e il motore parte bene. Se continuo a mettere chiave su marcia la spia funziona bene , anche più volte di seguito. Se attendo qualche istante , circa 10 minuti e vado a rimettere chiave su marcia la spia non si accede di nuovo. Ho già cambiato precedentemente candelette , centralina preriscaldo.controllato alimentazione centralina preriscaldo e segnale negativo da centralina controllo motore che sono ok. vi è mai capitato caso del genere??? questa sera ho staccato batteria, chissà.......domai vediamo se serve .   25. *correzione iniettori normale sono appena rientrato dalla prova, provo a postare grafici se riesco il difetto me lo ha fatto appena partito, partito 1-2-3 nulla poi rallento per svoltare e riprendo 2° metto la 3° e me lo ha fatto in concomitanza dello sbuffo. Non è assolutamente problema di cambio, sembra come quando scarica un cavo candela però se schiacci deciso non lo fa. Lo sbuffo/sibilo ha continuato a farlo sempre intorno ai 1800/2100 giri mentre lo strappo non lo ha più fatto.
